WHAT I OFFER

Yoga is as much about caring for your mental health as it is your physical health. An individual's yoga practice is unique to them, therefore sessions can be personalised to fit specific needs and preferences. Take a look at the classes I offer below:

PUBLIC CLASSES

I teach Hatha and Vinyasa classes weekly across Northamptonshire, Leicestershire and Lincolnshire at studios in Kettering, Market Harborough and Stamford. I am also available for guest teaching at workshops or events in the U.K and abroad

CORPORATE SESSIONS

I offer bespoke yoga sessions tailored to your staff. This could be a one-off session focusing on poses that improve posture and help relieve niggles that often come with desk jobs such as aches or muscle tension, or regular classes to improve both the physical and mental wellbeing of your employees

PRIVATE GROUP SESSIONS

Yoga sessions that cater to groups big and small! This option is great if you wanted to try yoga with friends or family in the comfort of your own home or as part of an event like a hen party or chilled birthday activity
