
ABOUT ME
Hi! I'm Rebecca, I've been practising different styles of Yoga for around 13 years now. I particularly love hot Hatha or Vinyasa classes...they were an absolute godsend when I was living in cold, rainy Manchester!
Yoga has been such a constant for me over the years. I've always felt safe and welcome in the classes I've been to. One of the things I love the most about Yoga is I've always been encouraged to take what I need from a class, to do as much as I'm able to and that is enough. There is never any pressure or expectations put on me when I'm practising.

I decided a year ago that I'd love to start teaching Yoga, becoming qualified was one of the best decisions I've made in a long time.

I want to create the same safe, welcoming space for everyone that I have experienced, somewhere that encourages you to take care of not only your physical health, but your mental health too.
