When you feel ready, here are some tips:

🐍🐶🧘🏻‍♀️ differences between cobra and updog (Bhujangasana and Urdhva Mukha Svanasana):

In Cobra arms are typically bent but can be straight for a deeper backbend. Hips, thighs, knees and tops of feet are pressing into the mat. Shoulders are down away from the ears.

In Updog hips, thighs and knees are lifted off the mat. Tops of the feet are pressing into the mat, legs and arms are engaged. Shoulders are stacked over the wrists and are down away from the ears.
